This agreement between David Krug, the sole owner of the website Jack of All Blogs, www.jackofallblogs.com and Dan Zarrella will enacted upon first payment dated May 31st.
Dan Zarrella agrees to this lease to own agreement wherein he will pay the owner David Krug $500 to lease the site for a year with the understanding he will pay off the entire site priced at $2000, including the first payment. If Dan Zarrella fails to pay off the lease to own agreement within one year David Krug will retain ownership of the site, and all future earnings.
Once the full balance of the sale price is paid, Davig Krug transfers ownership of the site, including layout, previous and new content, and domain name. David Krug will retain non-commercial offline rights to previous content.
Until the site is fully paid off David Krug will retain all current advertising revenue including Text Link Ads,Revenews.com BlogAd,and other site sponsorships. Any other new revenue will be retained by Dan Zarrella.
As I invest in my new ad network. I'm constantly on the look out for funding. Woot. I'm willing to make you an offer to settle up on joab. 800 in the next 2 weeks will settle it all up.
And you get to keep the future revenue on a month to month basis. Hit me up and let me know if your interested. Again I'm doing this to try and fund a heavy bit of advertising im going to be doing around the 1st of july.

Life is filled with business decisions some harder than others. This one was a hard one but came from my gut feeling. Having wanted to bring closure with Joab and I felt like it was time to go in another direction.I will be refunding your deposit,or initial payment and go another direction.
I just felt at this time that things werent going in the direction I had hoped. Not as far as content just with the details of getting this closed out. So you will receive your payment refund within 72hours. Please instead of voicing your emotions, or whatever to the public blogosphere feel free to voice them to me. Although I understand with the nature of this site and my high profile it will be easier to due otherwise. For all parties involved I would hope we didn't go this route.
Again, this was a difficult business decision. Please feel free to send me your payment details, where you want me to send your refund.

It may not be your site anymore, but it *is* my content, and I am the boss of it. There is no conditional, if this and if that. They'll stop using my content, or there will be issues, but I guess that's not your problem anymore, I'll take it up with them. I was working on selling the site a month before I sent you that email
saying it was over.
I owned the site and the content. If you want to get into a nasty
brutal battle fine. I will do my best dillegence to refund you via
wire when I get to San Fran. There are no Wamu's in my state. Also you
have my wire info. I dont have yours. My bank doesnt store that
information.

You have no position to claim you owned the content I wrote, which is still being used. If the contract you made with bloggy transfers the rights to that, well you didn't have those rights to sell in the first place. But again, thats not really your problem, so I'll take that up with bloggy.
You set the friday AM deadline for yourself, please stick to it?
