I first ran this kind of test 6 months ago, and in the meantime ReTweeting has definitely become a more prominent phenomenon, so I’d like to try it again. You can see the results from the first test here and here.
I’m trying to conduct a little study into how messages travel in the Twitter-verse. Care to help? There are 2 steps you can take to help build data:
1) Retweet the link to this page, and ask your followers to retweet it too (please use this tinyurl: http://tinyurl.com/ajxgrq.)
2) Comment here on this page, with your Twitter username and the username of the person who’s Tweet caused you to come here.
3) Take my Survey about ReTweeting and pass it on to your followers.
If this works out, I should be able to have a bit of data to report on in a few days.

I liked how you published the results from the last test and graphed the progression of the RTs. Would be very interested to see the results from this test as well – and especially compare the two tests 6 months apart…
